Are you an Australian company?

Yes we are. We are a small family business based in Queensland Australia. You can see the whole group animated in our logo picture, we ARE the Kittee Familee.

Why do you only post in Australia?

At this time, we are only just getting started. Sending out these glorious bundles of fun to you via domestic postage is the easiest way for us to start. We will be branching out soon, internationally, keep posted on our socials to find out when.

Who packs our cards for delivery? Why is my delivery delayed?

Our wonderful Kittee Familee team is headed by Naomi and helped daily when needed with the other Kittee team members. A small team who personalises every delivery and purchase. Be patient with us as we give you the individual personalised approach.

Do I need to buy all of the coloured decks to play the game?

No, you can buy 1, 2, 3, or even all 4 card decks. This game is flexible and you can create your own house rules to play so anything goes. One card deck will get you started but just know we have an awesome deal on all 4 decks purchased together. Go check it out.

You can also play with 2 red decks together or any combination of decks to challenge you and your family and friends. It really is up to you how you play. This game is THAT good!

Why not give all the kids a different coloured deck? Let them play together to challenge each other every time they play. No game is ever the same.

Something extra to know about the Kittee Familee team

We affiliate with neurodivergence. We love all aspects of being different. Can you find your own unique personalities within our Kittee characters? We do every day that we work and play with them. So much fun!

Shipping and Returns Policies - the boring but necessary stuff!

1. Shipping costs: AUSTRALIAN Domestic using Australia Post: Flat Rate Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.00AUD or Flat Rate Express shipping of $25.00AUD. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Christmas cutoff date for delivery is 12th December 2025.
3. Processing and delivery times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are usually within 2 weeks depending on weekends and public holidays and the postal service used.
4. Returns and refunds: we have a Money Back Guarantee for damaged goods. Please see our return policy on the footer for full details.
